After coming home from Denmark I had to go to Münster and today I will be going back to Denmark again. To be honest, I am already a bit exhausted and I will have one more month of stress and travelling. Today I already yelled at my computer at work as it would not let me work for 45 minutes... The nice lady in the office next to mine was very sympathetic and gave me sweets :-)
Anyway, three good things yesterday were

- reading Stadt der träumenden Bücher to the kids
- reading The hound of the Baskervile in German (just for me)
- 8 hours of uninterupted sleep

In this rare occasion, everyone but me has gone to bed (normaly, it is me that might go to bed the same time as the kids). But tonight I came home and everyone was asleep but me.
Now I am sitting in my living room, listening to Kiefer Sutherland and feeling good.
Today was mixed, as I had to go to a funeral - my best friend's mum had passed away. I was lucky I could go there (usually Friday is packed with teaching but today because of a conference, no teaching :-)). It was a wonderful yet sad funeral and wheh I came home, I was kind of - angry, in a way. But my lovely husband took that anger from me by listening to me rambling for a time and them taking me by the and and making music with me. Great fun! I left home feeling tranquil again, to meet with a fairly new friend of mine, and we had a lovely dinner and great conversations and dreams of taking horse tour through Namibia, maybe, someday, just lovely. Had a great conversation with the taxi driver, who said that if he had facebook, he would friend me :-)
A busy weekend lies before me, and as much as I would love to have just nothing to do, I thank the Lord for still being able to visit my Grandma and my parents and having so many lovely people in my life.
